The New Jersey Professional Process Servers Association has established this Registry of Certified Process Servers for use by legal practitioners, process servers and the judiciary in New Jersey.

The designation of "NJPPSA Certified Process Server" is granted only to those persons who have met the following qualifications:

• Engaged in the business of service of process in the State of New Jersey for at least one year. (Click here for membership eligibility)

• Member in good standing of the New Jersey Professional Process Servers Association (NJPPSA). (Click here for full text of NJPPSA Bylaws)

• Satisfactory completion of process server training in accordance with the NJPPSA Certification and Continuing Education Program. (Click here for certification program)

• Compliance with the Canons of Professional and Ethical Conduct for Professional Process Servers in New Jersey . (Click here for full text of Canons)

All persons who have met these qualifications have been issued a NJPPSA Approved Identification Card. Their names appear on the Registry of Certified Process Servers as listed below.
